Privacy Policy

VT Exam Prep is operated by Von Taylor LLC (trading as Von Taylor Networks), 4717 Deer Park Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why. The short version: we run a practice-question site, not an ad business — we collect the minimum needed to sign you in, track your subscription, and show your practice history.

1. What we collect

• Email address — used for password-free sign-in links and to match your subscription. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend.
• Practice activity — the questions you attempt and the answers you pick, so we can show your history and improve the question bank.
• Subscription status — whether your subscription is active, and Paddle transaction identifiers. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; we never receive or store your card number.
• Session cookie — a single first-party cookie (vt_session) that keeps you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not collect payment card details — Paddle handles those under its own privacy policy.

3. Processors we use

• Cloudflare — hosting and database (your account and practice data are stored here).
• Resend — sends sign-in emails.
• Paddle — payments, tax handling, and subscription management.

4. Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account exists. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing Vontaylorllc@outlook.com. Deleting your account removes your practice history and signs you out everywhere; subscription records we must keep for tax/accounting are retained as required by law.

5. Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date above.
