Refund Policy

Effective: October 12, 2026

VT Exam Prep is sold by Von Taylor LLC (trading as Von Taylor Networks), 4717 Deer Park Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. Billing is processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which issues refunds to your original payment method.

1. 14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of the charge. Email Vontaylorllc@outlook.com with the email address on your account and we will process it via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account or by email. Cancellation stops future billing; your subscriber access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments for periods already used are not refundable outside the 14-day window above.

3. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge in full regardless of the window.

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, subscriber access is suspended while it is resolved. Please contact us first — we would rather fix the problem directly.
