Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of VT Exam Prep ("the Service"), operated by Von Taylor LLC (trading as Von Taylor Networks), 4717 Deer Park Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

VT Exam Prep provides original practice questions for IT certification study, organized by exam domain. Anyone may browse and attempt questions free of charge. A paid subscription ($20/month) additionally unlocks correct answers and explanations. The Service is a study aid; it does not guarantee any exam outcome.

2. Original material; no affiliation

All questions and explanations are original works written from published exam blueprints. They are not real exam questions, and using this Service does not violate any exam candidate agreement. Cisco, CCNA, and CCNP are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc.; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cisco.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is by emailed magic link — keep access to your email account secure, because it is the key to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One subscription covers one person's study; do not share accounts.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, our merchant of record, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the question bank or explanations.
• Do not attempt to bypass the subscription gate or access other users' data.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or any exam provider's candidate rules.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The question bank, explanations, site design, and the VT Droid character are owned by Von Taylor LLC / Von Taylor Labs. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own study.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep questions accurate against the current blueprint, but exam blueprints change (for example, CCNA 200-301 v2.0 is scheduled to replace v1.1 in February 2027) and we do not warrant that study material guarantees a passing score. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Changes and contact
